The nature of our business involves working with:
Presidents, CEO's and other top executives, Business and Organization leaders,
Who ask for, require, receive, and rely on our always objective advice and recommendations,
For specific solutions to their business and organizational challenges, concerns, and issues.
We must not only be objective, we must also appear to be objective in all ways, and at all times.
This is not a nicety, it is a job requirement and one reason for engaging us.
If conclusions and recommendations are to be objectively generated and presented by us, they must be influence-free.
Delta Max and its employees and sub-contractors are not compensated by any vendors.
We receive no payments or discounts of any kind from any vendors.
Such arrangement might appear to be a conflict of interest which would tend to dilute the perceived value of our business operations.
Delta Max does maintain technical information interchange associations with the key business firms shown on the left sidebar.
These fine companies keep us well informed of their latest products, services, and technological directions.
So that we may incorporate those into your long term planning, as/when/if appropriate.
They also on occasion will refer us to their top clients when those clients have particular needs at the Top Executive levels,
particularly in specialized competencies, such as Business Intelligence, Enterprise Business Analysis, and CEO Centric Sales Training.
Therefore, we think of them as "Partner Associates".
Even though the precise legal terminology and business contractual agreements of a legal "partnership" arrangement do not really apply.
Further, we look first to these companies when we need additional assistance.
Mostly in implementation of our recommendations and delivery of the solutions and services indicated.
We also receive no compensation of any kind from these activities when we are engaged directly with a customer of ours.
Finally, on rare occasions, we will represent our "partner associates" as a sub-contractor at their request to one of their customers.
When this does occur, we are normally compensated directly by them, if at all, and you know it up front before we begin to work for you.
